4. Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times (bonus amount × 15). Withdrawals from the bonus cannot be made before the wagering requirement is met.

4.2 Bonus Usage Conditions

• A bonus may only be claimed once per account.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed from the same device or payment method.
• If a bonus expires, it will be cancelled automatically.

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Advancement in VIP tiers depends on consistent play and activity on the platform. ks444 reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

ks444 reserves the right to cancel a bet if a technical error, odds mistake, or unusual betting pattern is detected. In such cases, the staked amount will be refunded. If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets are generally voided and the stake is returned.

5.2 Fair Play Policy

ks444 believes in fair play. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Placing bets using software bots or automated tools.

• Placing collusive bets with other users.
